Happy Halloween

For Halloween we had our friends, the Christensens, over for some fun Halloween games. I made orange hamburger buns, and we did all orange foods, Mummy Wrap game, get the oreo from your forehead into your Mouth (from Minute to Win it) and made monster brownies for dessert.

Hobo Halloween

Another great Halloween. Sadie and I were Witches and we told everyone that we turned Luke into a frog because he was naughty. Then this discussion took place:

Sadie: I'm a witch
Unsuspecting Ward Member: Are you a good witch or a bad witch?
Sadie: A good Witch
Me: Tell them what we did to Luke.
Sadie: We turned him into a frog because Witches don't like babies. Except it was just my mom because she's a bad witch.

"I'm so excited"

Nate could not stop giggling about his birthday. "Mom, I'm so excited. It's free dress day and Friday free time and my birthday and my party and Dad's going to come to school and sit with me and we're going to eat. . . " He is such a sweet boy!! Donuts and diet coke for breakfast and a fun Star Wars party after school. LOVE THIS KID!

HOT!

I refuse to admit that it is the end of October and still 90 degrees outside. I will dress my children in Fall clothing in rebellion. Luckily, they will still love me and smile even though they are probably sweating themselves into dehydration.

Pumpkin Patch

Sadie picked out the perfect little pumpkin, for a perfect little girl. She then covered it in religious stickers.

Pre School Par-Tay

It's still 90 degrees out -- how can cold season be starting already??

Primary Program

I think I deserve an award for throwing a HUGE party the night before and STILL getting hair curled and kids to church at 9 am all snazzed up by myself.

Sadie was the star for sure because she honestly looked and acted like a rock star!
